Wee Bauble

Looking for super light or unbreakable tree ornaments? Look no further then our range of holiday decorations!

Our wee baubles are made by hand knitting a cozy using leftover sock yarns, this makes them each unique and zero waste. Once the cozy is close to being finished it is slid over a plastic bauble and the final rows are knit. 

Each bauble is 16-17g, making them super light.

Because these baubles are made with leftover yarns they can’t be repeated. However if you want a larger, matching set or you want some in a specific colour you can always choose the custom option and I will reach out to you so we can discuss exactly what you want.

Description of the current options:

Red Sparkle: a semi solid scarlet shot through with a fine sparkle. The patterning is lace based on pine trees. The yarn is 98% merino and 2% metallic fibers. Please note that the sparkle for this bauble is a bit more subtle. 

Striped: semi solid stripes of violet, lime green, pale blue and dark blue. The yarn is 75% wool and 25% nylon.

Pastel Rib: this colour is a semi solid cream with speckles and flashes of purple, orange and green. The patterning is a simple rib. The yarn is 80% merino and 20% nylon.

Starry Night Rib: this colour is a mix of navy, deep purple and flashes of bright aqua. It’s shot through with sparkles. The patterning is a simple twisted ribbing. The yarn is 92% superwash merino and 8% lurex. The sparkle in this one is significantly brighter.

Blue and Yellow Sparkle: the colour of this one is a mix of lighter and mid blue, yellow, tan and a bit of white. It’s shot through with a semi subtle sparkle. The patterning on this one is a simple slipped stitch pattern which extends some stitches to help mix the colours more. The yarn is a mix of 75% superwash merino, 20% nylon and 5% sparkle nylon.

Pale Blue: is a heathered light blue. The yarn is 100% superwash merino.
